At the Rotary Arts Pavilion in Henry Law Park
The Friday Night Headliner Concerts are the signature Series of the Festival, with average crowds ranging over 500 people per night. Music lovers of all ages flock to Henry Law Park with picnic blankets, lawn chairs, friends and family to enjoy music in a setting that truly epitomizes the charm and sense of community found only in New England cities as vibrant and historic as Dover. On the banks of the winding Cochecho River, and surrounded by 18th and 19th century mill structures of brick and granite, Henry Law Park boasts a gently rolling lawn, gigantic shade trees, pristine manicured gardens and walkways, and the beloved Rotary Arts Pavilion.

Born on a snowy Fat Tuesday night of 2012, the Soggy Po’ Boys have been honing their craft of New Orleans’ music in their Tuesday residency in their home town of Dover New Hampshire. The Po’ Boys are doing their part to spread the greatest music on earth around their home in New England and when touring, throughout the rest of the country. The Soggy Po’ Boys serve their jazz messy, mixing brass-fueled mayhem with spirituals, Meters-style old-school funk, and the Caribbean side of the New Orleans tradition.

The New Legacy Swing Band is a 17-piece powerhouse that has been entertaining listeners and dancers from Cape Cod to Portland to the Lakes Region of New Hampshire for over twenty years. Their library of 400+ songs and tunes includes the music of Blood, Sweat and Tears, Brian Setzer, Herb Alpert, Chicago, updated (and swinging!) arrangements of the big band era and, of course, the beloved versions of the well-known big band and swing classics.
