Cochecho Arts Festival Information


Location: The Rotary Arts Pavilion is located in Henry Law Park in downtown Dover at the intersection of Washington Street and Henry Law Avenue.

Admission: All Cochecho Arts Festival concerts and events are free of charge and open to the public with the exception of Dinner and a Movie Series.

Parking: Street parking directly adjacent to the Festival is available on Washington Street and Henry Law Avenue.  Additional parking is available a short walk away at the Orchard Street parking garage, on Central Avenue, River Street and the Indoor Pool Parking Lot.  Limited handicapped parking is located at all locations.

Seating:  The Rotary Arts Pavilion has limited built in amphitheater seating, as well as an open upper lawn.  Chairs and blankets are welcome for lawn seating.  All seating is first come, first serve.  Please keep walkways clear.

Restrooms: Portable restrooms are located in the Indoor Pool Parking Lot through the tunnel adjacent to the left side of the Pavilion stage.

Rain Locations: For up to the minute information on rain, cancellations and venue changes check online at Facebook.com/CochechoArtsFestival. In the event of rain, Friday Headliner Series concerts are moved to the new state-of-the-art auditorium at the Dover High School (25 Alumni Drive). Children’s Series performances are moved to the Dover Public Library (73 Locust Street). Farmers Market Stage and Shark in the Park concerts will be either rescheduled or cancelled.

Cocheco Arts_Horse_0480_edited-1Medical: Festival-goers in need of first aid should report to the Blue Dolphin Screenprint & Embroidery Box Office located at the top of Henry Law Park.  In case of emergency, dial 9-1-1.

Keep Dover Beautiful: Please dispose of all trash in the marked receptacles throughout Henry Law Park.
